If a client wishes to cancel a project, they must provide us with a written notice of cancellation. Depending on the stage of the project, the client may be required to pay for any work that has already been completed.
In the unlikely event that we have to cancel a project, we will notify the client in writing as soon as possible. We will refund any payments made by the client for services that have not been completed.
Refunds are only eligible for services that have not been completed. If the project is already completed, no refunds will be issued.
If a client is eligible for a refund, we will process the refund within 14 business days. The refund will be issued in the same form of payment that was used for the initial transaction.
