we strive to provide the best possible software development services to our clients. However, we also understand that there may be situations where clients need to cancel or request a refund for our services. To ensure transparency and fairness in these situations, we have developed the following refund and cancellation policy:.
Cancellation by the client:
If a client wishes to cancel a project, they must provide us with a written notice of cancellation. Depending on the stage of the project, the client may be required to pay for any work that has already been completed.
Cancellation by Avops Technologies:
In the unlikely event that we have to cancel a project, we will notify the client in writing as soon as possible. We will refund any payments made by the client for services that have not been completed.
Refunds are only eligible for services that have not been completed. If the project is already completed, no refunds will be issued.
If a client is eligible for a refund, we will process the refund within 14 business days. The refund will be issued in the same form of payment that was used for the initial transaction.
